Our Leadership

Our first step in discipleship is LOVE.  The ministries that focus on outreach are in this category like our Food Pantry, Sound Mind Studios and our Wednesday Night Dinners, Youth Game Night.  No preaching, just loving people where they are.

If someone decides to be a part of our church family or decides to join God's family by choosing to follow Jesus we invite them to join our LEARN step.  This is where we learn the Bible and what God expects out of disciples of Jesus.  The ministries that focus on education and equipping are in this category like our Sunday Morning Worship, Kids Church Sunday School and our Wednesday night Bible Studies and Small Groups.  

Once someone has spent some time learning and being equipped to serve we give them the opportunity to LIVE out their faith in serving.  We feel strongly about guiding people through our process so that they end up here where they can use their gifts and abilities to serve our church and the community.  The ministries that focus on serving are our Ministry Service Teams.  You can find out about them and their Team Leaders on the information cards at our LOVE, LEARN, LIVE wall in the lobby.
